Aquaguard machine went faulty in 5 months


I have very recently purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbs, my first experience was bad when the installation of the machine was done in a week. It was very lethargic approach from the service center.

 

2ndly when it was installed TDS was set very high, even the machine constantly indicated a red signal, the guy who installed just casually installed it.

3rd issue was I was told that as water pressure is high here you need to purchase a pressure reducing valve and that needs to fit with water supply pipe. I agreed, and they charged me some money for the same, but I never received any original invoice from Eureka Forb’s vendor.

4th issue – Yesterday I found water dripping from the machine as shown in the picture, it’s still under warranty, it’s a 5-month-old machine but having so many issues.
