Are you a morning person ?

Andrew Merle’s article, “Why you should be a morning person” is full of inspiration. In that article he drew a link between successful people and their habit of waking up early in the morning. He cited examples of prominent business personalities, sports icons and the rich and famous people; the examples are as below,

Tim Cook rises up at 3:45 am

Michelle Obama gets up at 4:30 am

Howard Schultz gets up at 4:30 am

Bob Iger wakes up at 4:30

Anna Wintour wakes at 5:45

Jeff Immelt wakes up at 5:30

That statistics probably indicates a trend of waking time of successful people. They wake up early so they are ahead of billions of people. They wake up early to engage them in morning work-out. They know how valuable is physical work-out is during early morning. Most of them also value the morning breakfast after work-out. Waking up early has its own advantages. Morning work-out followed by a healthy breakfast make them active throughout the day. That’s why they possess sharp memory, great decision making ability and there is no doubt that they remain positive through-out the day. As we all know that a positive mind is powerhouse of success, hence they are all superbly successful.
