BJP-Shiv Sena Alliance in 2014 Assembly election in Maharashtra

BJP once again got major success in in Maharashtra by winning 48 seats while it is leading in 73 other seats while shiv Sena won 30 and leading in 29.

Veteran BJP leader L.K Advani advised said, BJP should join hands with Shive Sena to form Govt in Maharashtra. 87-year old Advani who now is a margdarshak for BJP is in favor of BJP-Shiv Sena re-alliance. BJP Shiv Sena had a long alliance of 25 years with Shiv Sena before both parted recently.

L.K Advani said he never wanted this alliance to end and he still look forward to set the ball rolling for both the parties. Amit Shah, the party president of BJP is soon addressing the party workers on this.

Shive Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray said they will consider on the proposal of reconciliation with a condition that BJP should give up any bitterness and promise toward a stable govt in Maharashtra.

NCP is losing in Maharashtra and they too have shown green signal to BJP to support them, but one noteworthy thing here is that NCP has been rejected by the people of the state and if BJP makes a decision towards extending support than it would be a betrayal towards the people of Maharashtra.
