Fish Intake can cure depression

There is a great co-relation between health and diet. A healthy diet prevents us from different ailments that may attack our immune system and make us ill. To ward off any future possibility of body’s vulnerability we should take care of our diet. A diet consisting of fish intake has always been considered as a healthy diet; now as per a recent study it’s revealed that fish consumption can reduce depression to great extent. Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil has an ability to fight against psychosis as well as depression.


As per an estimate 350 million people worldwide are affected by Depression and it is also found that depression has been a prime cause of various diseases. Further research may reveal which types of fishes are more effective.
