Is having yogurt good after or during dinner ?

This is an interesting question. Mostly there is a perception that having yogurt during dinner is not good but in reality yogurt should be consumed during dinner. It helps in faster digestion and prevent craving for late night snack. So its best during dinner while it should be avoided during breakfast or early in themorning when stomach is empty.. It can make the empty stomach very acidic and can also damage stomach lining when taken during breakfast. It can be a cause of stomach upset.
