Key facts, risks, preventions of Chikungunya

A few days back my neighbor’s son came to me and asked that his father’s health condition is getting worse from early morning. I went to his home and saw him in severe pain. He was unable to walk, he had severe join pain especially in the ankle region, it was not like any normal pain but it was terrible pain, he had sudden onset of fever from the morning followed by join pain and headache, I took my neighbor to a nearby hospital, the doctor asked me to get him admitted for 2 days. I suspected that it was Chikungunya because the symptoms all indicated that.
