What type of audience it appeals

If you are sensitive towards the India-Pakistan division, riots as a result of the partition, several failed peace initiatives and if you believe that still we two neighboring countries can anytime go against the peace process and declare as enemies then this is a movie you should watch.

Manu Rishi plays Samarth Pratap, A cook in Indian Army posted at the border while Vijay Raaz plays the role of a soldier from Pakistan. Both have a confrontation and all the melodrama, poetic or philosophical debates about the partition and the blame game behind who is responsible for this starts.

The movie starts with the independence of both the countries from British rule and the scenes move to partition, violence as a result of partition, massacre, and scenes of grief.

News spread out in Pakistan that Indian Army is constructing a tunnel from red fort to Lahore to invade Pakistan which caused panic in the Pakistan Army, To investigate the matter further they put Vijay Raaz into action. Vijay Raaz crosses the border to find out the map of that tunnel and he meets Manu Rishi.

Kya Dilli Kya Lahore, a debut movie from Vijay Raaz who is known for his comic roles played in famous movies especially RUN will surely impress the audiance from far and near. Tough  Kya Dilli Kya Lahore at times slows in parts it has a message, it has its sensitive dialogues and it will surely move the sensitive audience.
