Oldest twins of the world reveals their secrets to long life

US brothers Glen and Dale Moyer lived for 105 years while GHENT (BELGIUM) has twins named Pieter and Paulus Langerock, 102. They are the world’s oldest living twins.

They were born in 1913 on July 8, 1913 and lives together in GHENT, BELGIUM. They share a room outside their nursing home.

When asked about their secret of longevity Glen and Dale Moyer said, there are three secrets of a long life, the first is eating in moderation, drinking a glass of wine and abstaining from women.

These two twins almost a life of a monk. In India there are stories in plenty about monks who live more than 100 years.
