Belgium has the highest rate of Breast cancer in the world, as per a survey in 2012 there were 112 cases per 1,00,000 adults.

Thailand and India have the lowest rate of Breast Cancer, only 25 cases per 1,00,000 women in Thailand while 31 cases per 1,00,000 women In India.

Percentage deaths due to breast cancer in Asia (44%) is highest than other continents but looking at percentage of people (59%) live in Asia this is still the lowest.

USA and Canada (5% of world population) have the lowest breast cancer death rates (9%).

Netherlands has highest incidence of breast cancer, 96 cases/1,00,000 women
France has the 2end highest incidence, 95 cases/1,00,000 women
U.S – 90 cases/1,00,000 women

In US white people are more vulnerable of breast cancer than other races

Obesity may increase risk of breast cancer as higher body fat may increase level of estrogen hormone in body.

Certain type of contraception or birth control pills may increase the level of estrogen which may expose to risk of Breast Cancer

Risk of Breast Cancer increases after menopause 

Anything unusual in breast area should be immediately diagnosed

Lumps, Skin changes, Swelling, Pain, nipple changes may be indicators of breast cancer

Healthy diet, healthy weight and regular exercise is key to fight any type of cancer
